Strandline Resources Limited is an ASX listed mining company. We are currently ramping-up operations at one of the largest mineral sands mines in Western Australia. The Coburn project produces critical minerals of zircon and titanium - products that are used in everyday life applications. As part of our rapid growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role provides essential support to our operational team and offers a high level of autonomy. Your role Accounts Payable Management, data entry and processing of supplier invoices. Consult with creditors to resolve issues including liaising with various operational staff. Management of the creditor’s documentation. Assisting Stores teams with PO maintenance and management including coding review and distribution. Assist with month-end reporting including but not limited to Bank reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliations, and cash-flow reporting. Assisting with external audits. Complete various tasks as required to assist members of the finance team and other functions within the business. Filing and various administrative duties as required.
