Don't have industry experience? We don't care. We want attitude and somebody hungry to make serious money. THE ROLE You will be required to: Meet and exceed new business “traded revenue” targets. Identify opportunities and secure new customers. Prepare and present proposals to potential customers. Consistently maintaining the CRM is kept up to date. Undertake analysis and daily/weekly/monthly reporting of results and activity which relates to new business and Salesforce management. Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives and the development of the sales team. Understand the sales cycle with the ability to close smaller sales. Convert warm leads to sales efficiently. Ensure all new customers have a smooth experience through their onboarding process. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED Experience in cold-calling or able to generate new business. Must be enthusiastic and autonomous. Minimum 2 years' experience in either B2B sales or B2C. Proven experience of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets. Ability to bounce back from rejection if results don't go your way. Have to be a true hunter and a fearless go-getter. Strong influencing and negotiating skills. Proficient computer and written skills - MS Excel and Outlook. Excellent communicator, able to relate to a wide range of stakeholders. Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle. SALARY AND BENEFITS $80K - 100K for a base salary. Additional 11.5% superannuation. Generous commission structure leading to a huge OTE.
