YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE… The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: • Conduct and assist with internal audits and reviews including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations • Prepare and present workpapers compliant with IA methodology • Draft internal audit findings with value-adding insights, highlighting any issues, and recommendations to mitigate risk and identify cost savings • Support departmental planning, reporting, monitoring of business remediation and other initiatives • Build stakeholder relationships across SG Fleet Group, acting as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards Essential • Previous experience as an internal or external auditor • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, account software and databases • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile reports • High attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – meets specific deadlines and reports regularly on progress • Analyses information and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills Desirable • Familiarity with risk-based audit methodology • Knowledge of asset financing / fleet leasing products • ACL skills • Knowledge of ISO standard requirements (ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO45001) WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging while also offering work-life balance and career development.
