Working as part of the Quayclean operational team this role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating their team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction. A primary component of this role is to manage the relationships between Our Company and clients. The Customer Service Manager is also responsible for: 1. Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and services provided. 2. Managing, motivating and developing staff and contractors providing customer services or dealing with customers. 3. Planning and implementing services to follow up customer satisfaction post job completion; modify and improve services provided accordingly. 4.Liaising with other units, service agents, contractors and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
