The Opportunity As a Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in our sales cycle by providing specialized product knowledge and technical support. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Sales & Marketing teams, and supply chain partners, you'll drive sales growth and contribute to strategic integration plans. We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise, sales acumen, experience in key account management, and a strong passion for the industry to excel in this role. Your day will be varied and include: Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline with Product Managers and Sales & Marketing teams, using technical expertise and sales insights. Support Key Account Managers with product support, drive growth through effective promotion, ensure smooth product integration, and update marketing materials with technical knowledge and sales training. Take personal accountability for enhancing product, customer, competitor, and market knowledge. Participate actively in professional development, maintaining high performance standards through technical support, product knowledge, sales insights, and training About you! You excel in technical support and sales, with strong independence and effective time management skills. Your expertise in product life cycles and diagnostics enhances your abilities in troubleshooting and market research. You bring a background in scientific sales and a keen interest in strategic development as well as: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at quickly building rapport. Proven track record in technical support, applications, sales, and/or account management, ideally within laboratory diagnostic equipment and reagents. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. Experience in key management and strategic planning. Familiarity with blood bank operations and expertise in life cycle planning, diagnostics, and evaluations. What’s in it for you?
