About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our Team. Key Duties will include: Ensure the timely completion of month-end and year-end financial statement preparation with commentaries for the group (5 Companies). Responsible for balance sheet rec including bank rec. Prepare daily and weekly cash flow and forecast cash flow. Preparation and lodgment of BAS and FBT returns. Managing Fixed Asset. Support external tax accountant on all tax matters. Responsible for Accounts Payable and payroll. Monitor trade facilities and banking matters. Reconcile intercompany transactions. Responsible for managing Credit card and Insurance matters. Assist budgeting and forecasting. Implement financial controls. Partner with Group Financial Controller and mangers in various analytics and projects. Requirements We are seeking a candidate who: Is CPA / CA qualified. Has previous experience in a similar role. Is skilled in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel. Has a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Previous experience within Manufacturing, Project-based accounting, Pronto, Xero and Cognos BI is highly desirable. Benefits Competitive salary. Well established, stable company, in a growth phase.
