Dive into a day filled with: • Providing support to the Centre Manager to ensure the efficient and effective management of the early learning centre. • Supporting the Centre Manager and implement programs and partnerships to enhance and support development of Early Years Learning Plans in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework. • Supporting the Centre Manager to oversee the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff, which also includes enhancing the children’s educational opportunities through strengthening their social, emotional, intellectual and physical development. Key Requirements • Previous experience working in the Early Learning sector; showing progression to more senior roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader or 3IC/2IC roles. • Experience supervising or mentoring a team of staff members. • Experience in all aspects of educational programming within the Early Years Framework; including the development of Centre’s resources • Experience developing and managing staff rosters • Previous experience managing recruitment activities, desirable. • Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
