Your daily tasks will involve operating ticketing services, assisting with finance and providing box office support for all Arts and Culture facilities, programs and events. What's in it for you? Responsibilities Reporting directly to our Ticketing Services Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for: Competently operate the Ticketing System (currently Enta VivaTicket) in all aspects of ticket sales, exchanges and reservations. Assist the Ticketing Services Supervisor, and Ticketing Services Attendant in maintaining systems that ensure the Ticketing Office Customer Service reflects the industry benchmark. Accurately handle and process all financial transactions. Assist with setting up purchase orders and maintaining records for programs, bookings and café. To contribute to a positive professional culture within the Ticketing Office and the wider operations team of the Clocktower Centre as well as the Arts, Culture and Place Department generally. Skills & Experience Successful completion of VCE Year 12 or equivalent. All applicants are to be aged 18 years and over Experience in Customer Service in the performing arts industries.
