We are looking for a Jr Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Operate CAMDuct software to design and manufacture ductwork for HVAC systems. - Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine appropriate designs. - Program and control automated machines to cut, shape, and fabricate duct components. - Ensure accurate production of ductwork according to project specifications and standards. - Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards. - Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and production efficiency. - Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: - Proven experience operating CAMDuct software and automated machinery in a manufacturing environment. - Relevant certifications in HVAC, sheet metal, or a related field (e.g., Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade,). - Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct fabrication processes. - Excellent technical and mathematical skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
