Over the past two decades they have produced quality multi-residential, industrial and education builds up to $70M across Brisbane and are now expanding down to the Gold Coast with a focus on the multi-residential sector. What’s on Offer This is your opportunity to join an established commercial builder and play a pivotal role in growing the Gold Coast sector of the business from the ground up. • Permanent Full Time Position • Attractive Salary Package: $200,000- $230,000 + Super (flexible dependent on experience) • Strong pipeline of work close to home with upcoming projects solely Gold Coast based • Inclusive and encouraging work culture The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Project Manager who will be responsible for driving and motivating a new team on upcoming, high-end apartment builds throughout the Gold Coast. Your first project will be in Palm Beach where you will have the autonomy to effectively manage your project and ensure it is delivered safely, on-time & within budget. Is This You? You have previous experience in a Project Management role with a main contractor delivering quality apartment builds (20 million +). You are highly motivated about leading and mentoring your team and you currently withhold a Tertiary degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
