Flexible / school hours offered Part time position with ability to move to Full time Join the Accounting and Finance team as our Bookkeeper/Accounting officer. You will be performing a large variety of accounting tasks across 3 entities at our Broadmeadow premises. You'll be responsible for ; Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable including approving a high volume of invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders Management and reconciliation of xero and industry specific software files Payroll Carrying out additional administration and finance duties as required. Essentially you'll have: Completed or completing a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Degree in Accounting A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role preferred Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Xero experience preferred Great communication skills because you will be liaising with suppliers, creditors and staff If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please submit your resume and a detailed cover letter outlining your suitability.
