About the Role Under the supervision of the Technology Manager, the IT/OT Systems Administrator will undertake a range of responsibilities, including but not restricted to remote support, on-site assistance, problem resolution, system design, and development of technology systems for EEHA's customers. This role will cover troubleshooting, upkeep, system improvements, testing, and commissioning. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering awareness training to operators and maintenance staff and ensuring the seamless integration and secure operation of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). This role is based in Brisbane however will require some travel and on-site work. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining IT or OT technology systems while supporting other departments/clients. Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Ensure the Safety of yourself, EEHA Automation and others via compliance with Acts, Regulations, Policies, SWI, Risk Assessments, Fatigue Management, Journey Management, and other safety systems. • Ensuring the delivery of the highest quality outcomes for our valued customers. • Contributing to the reliability and efficiency of the technological landscape and, consequently, driving the success of critical business operations. • Providing technical expertise, maintaining existing client relationships and fostering new ones. • Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Information Technology and Operational Technology infrastructures that meet our clients’ and organisational needs. • Enhance cybersecurity measures, optimise network performance, and foster innovation. • Testing, maintaining, modifying, analysing and generating written reports for existing or new systems. • Work collaboratively, liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities. • Project management within cost and time-constrained environments. • Developing new business proposals and contributing to writing computer software and test procedures. You Will Also Possess The Following • Tertiary qualification in technology, engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar role. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability • High attention to detail and effective communication • Ability to interact competently with stakeholders at various levels. • Strong integrity and determination to achieve high-quality results. • Experience in Mining, Oil and Gas, or related industries will be advantageous.
