As our Project Engineer you will work closely with our Senior Project Managers in the successful delivery of a wide-ranging program of works delivering essential projects that support our mission to deliver high-quality water services to the community. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will play a vital role ensuring projects are delivered in adherence to budget, schedule, and quality expectations. A snapshot of your day Ensuring assigned projects are delivered to specification Undertake project evaluations Preparing all documentation required and confirming that it meets the required standards Ensuring efficient and effective resource management Make sure all stakeholders are engaged and expectations managed Guaranteeing that all project risks are managed whilst business improvements are identified and actioned as required Promoting Coliban as a safe workplace that maintains a sustainable environment and meets all its statutory obligations Ensuring that the Coliban team is multi-skilled and has up-to-date knowledge, meeting professional standards. To be considered for the role you should have some relevant experience in Project Engineering together with qualifications acquired through a tertiary degree in an Engineering or project management discipline, or considerable knowledge and skills gained through on-the-job training. The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3, $74,200 to $87,446 base salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
