Accounts Payable, high volume, end to end AP Permanent full time, Office based - parking on site Global company My client is part of a global giant, looking to hire into their Accounts Payable team on a permanent full time basis. You will be joining a well oiled team, a fast paced environment working in a full function, end to end AP position. Location: Sydney Olympic Park Working arrangements: Office based, parking on site REM: $80,000 - $90,000 plus super dependant on experience Key duties (not limited to): Processing of high volume invoices on a daily basis Perform end to end supplier statement reconciliation Resolve discrepancies and achieve on time payment Perform balance sheet reconciliations Bank reconciliation, follow up and resolve outstanding items Bank reconciliations Dealing with queries Requirements Proven high volume AP experience Experienced in reconciliation work Strong intermediate Excel skills - pivot table, vlookup etc Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail but also be able to work in a very busy environment Full working rights Please send applications to liza@charterhouse.com.au or APPLY via the link. https://charterhouse.com.au/
