This role has responsibility for supporting the Finance Manager with the Australian transactional finance processes and procedures. The principal aspects of the role are: Ensuring the timely and accurate processing, authorisation and payment of all Australian supplier invoices and employee expense claims Query Resolution Training and support for new clinics As our footprint grows, so will this role. However, from day one we need your help to own: Processing of Australian supplier invoices and employee expense claims Liaising with Operations Team as required to resolve issues associated with payment processes Creating and updating process documentation Handling queries via telephone and email Accounts Payable training for new clinics joining CVS Raising any issues with Finance Manager Delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external customers Leading and collaborating with others Having input to improve and streamline accounts payable processes and other projects as directed by the Finance manager Training new team members as required Key Skills Required: Accounts Payable processing experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at differing levels Excellent organisational skills Why CVS Whilst the work can be rewarding, we recognise that isn't always enough of an incentive.
