Your Role As the Personal Assistant, you will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly, allowing our leaders to be focused on what they do best. You’ll be agile, flexible, and ready to tackle challenges head-on,in our fast paced and rapidly growing environment. Your responsibilities will include: Expertly managing diaries and inboxes for both personal and professional scheduling. Creating, proofreading, and distributing documents with an eye for the small but impactful details using the MS Office Suite. Coordinating project timelines and actions with precision, ensuring seamless execution. Arranging travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, with a focus on efficiency. Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all associated documents are in order. Managing professional social media platforms to enhance our founders’ and company’s presence. Preparing communications and planning engaging internal events. Taking on new tasks proactively, always with an above-and-beyond mindset to keep our founders playing to their strengths. Are You the Right Fit? Proven experience in a high-level admin support role. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A flexible, open-to-change attitude with high energy and enthusiasm. A proactive mindset, with a knack for learning new software and systems quickly. Why CMR?
