Job description Qualifications & experience • CA qualification • 5+ years local experience in a Chartered Accountant firm in business services • Excellent technical tax knowledge • Some supervision experience and review of work • Excellent client relationship skills and the confidence to nurture clients Tasks & responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of clients and being the first point of contact • Supervision and review of work. Lead and mentor a team of amazing accountants that are effective and consistent in delivering great results • Working with the team to prepare and deliver compliance, including tax returns, financial statements, and all other tax obligations and filings for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and SMSFs • Assist in managing production and workflow • Prepare learning and development sessions that builds the tax knowledge of the team across the broad range of taxation topics • Tax planning and advisory projects for clients Benefits • Attractive salary package • bonus structure • This is an office based role for 4 days per week with 1 day work from home • Work for a firm that rewards their employees for their hard work • Work close to home without the huge commute • Penrith CBD based with parking Job Type: Full-time
