We are seeking an energetic, engaged and highly organised Accounts Payable Officer to join our Melbourne Studio. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to do hybrid working. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recording accounts payable transactions including invoices and credit notes from sub-consultants, creditors, employee reimbursements and company credit cards. Management of the accounts payable masterfile including entry and maintenance of records. Managing regular accounts payable payment runs including dual authorisation by bank signatories. Completion of creditor reconciliations and working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve differences. Management of the shared Finance email inbox. Building relationships with the broader team at BLP. Providing ad-hoc support to the CFO as required. To be considered for this role, you will have: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person) Attention to detail A commitment to serving and enabling our customers Previous work experience in a similar role
