Bradnam's Windows and Doors is one of Australia's most respected designers, manufacturers and suppliers of aluminium and glass building products for both residential and commercial applications. Reporting to the Skilling & Continuous Improvement Manager, the position is responsible for the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) across the manufacturing environment. You will be working closely with over 100 production staff on the floor to help standardise and set required quality standards. This entry level position is suitable for those wishing to build on their academic knowledge within a large scale manufacturing plant. About you: A Graduate Mechanical Engineer (or holding a similar engineering qualification) Ability to understand & interpret technical drawings Excellent written & verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts pictorially Capable of interpreting and creating simple engineering drawings. Possess a willingness to learn, develop, and succeed.
